Calne Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in England

Wouldn’t recommend at all had a delivery tonight for a large lamb kebab and Childs burger meal and a few other things. Firstly lamb kebab we requested extra cucumber lettuce and red cabbage was the smallest I have ever seen. No extra at all. Normally they are filled up with salad unfortunately it was a small amount tucked into one side of the box. The burger my daughter requested to have lettuce, cucumber and onion. It came with none just a burger and bun. When I called to complain the man on the phone didn’t seem to concerned and after some going back and forth he said he will send more salad out. Then he hung up the phone. I ordered a pizza this evening on charcoal grill website. They have always delivered delicious meals in the past. I ordered the pizza specifically for 6.15pm. They delivered at 5.45pm (30 min early). I called up charcoal grill and spoke to a very friendly lady and told her that my husband wasn’t due home until 6.15 so the pizza would be cold for him. Of course I can put it in the oven but it never tastes the same to be reheated and I could have just bought an oven pizza from Tesco if I’d wanted to do that. The lady on the phone said that she didn’t look at the delivery time and I know we all make mistakes but I should have been offered something for the inconvenience… heating up my oven now at a huge cost and it won’t even now...

Very disappointed, ordered a pizza with added chicken, there were 2 options one spicy chicken and one just chicken, due to allergies I ordered the plain chicken, when the food arrived my pizza had spicy chicken on it. I phoned the shop and they were extremely unhelpful, they told me they only use 1 type of chicken and it’s only coated in curry powder so it will be okay. The only thing he offered was to send the delivery driver back to pick up the pizza and they will give me a refund, no offer to change it or let me order anything else.
