The Farmhouse — Restaurant in Great Britain

Staff were very helpful and friendly but there were only 2 of them and it was quite busy. Drinks were ok but how can you run out of diet coke? We all ordered food and each had a different meal. There was a very long wait for food and i did feel very sorry for the young man who was cooking it. Anyway after about a 40 min wait out food arrived. On menu it said Ham salad with apple, boiled egg etc. The ham wasn't the best and there was no sign of the boiled egg and apple. My mum had the fish and that was horrible, it looked burnt and didn't taste very good . The omelette was warm and Jacket potato looked like it had been microwaved for too long. It was a shame because we researched a place for us to come today as my son was playing football about 3 miles away. Very expensive for what it is. Said would be 10 minutes instead it was 40! 3 people arrived for takeaway hit food who were all served first. Just not good enough.

Your response is in correct. I ordered my food at 12.57 it arrived at 13.37 i have the receipt to prove it! So that's 40 minutes. I have never felt compelled to feedback before ever. Either accept it or carry on failing.

I took my son (11) who wanted to go to Costa but no i said best shop local with local people. On entering the shop the lady totally ignored me btw. I did want to by 3 jars for £10 but decided against it.

By far the worst breakfast I've ever had. A singular burnt greasy slice of bacon, a tiny serving of equally greasy mushrooms, 2 burnt hash browns, asked for no tomato and egg well cooked but got a burnt tomato anyway and the egg was runny. I know it's not easy when there are lots of orders coming in and from what I could see there were only 2 of them working on a Saturday morning.
