Ordered through Uber Eats at 5.20pm on Monday. Order £50+ for 7 people. Expected delivery 5.50-6.10pm. At 6.15pm called to say driver can't find you & it's been returned to us as you didn't leave a house number or a phone number. Not true - its all on the Uber app. Person on phone didn't really speak English which isn't helpful & hung up on us twice. I then had an UberEats notification to say it was cancelled, over an hour after order placed. Hungry grandchildren after a long hot day. Had to quickly find them something else though not what they wanted. Delivery FINALLY came back - cold & an hour late. Uber notifications said they tried to call me about the delivery - I have no missed calls. Utter shambles, dreadful service, total lack of customer service & far from the nicest pizza I've had. Read morepizza came with hair stuck in cheese, loaded fries with no cheese sauce and didn’t receive the garlic tip included in the meal. phones were off when i called up after receiving order but left a voicemail and an email through their website to be contacted . no repsonse 2 days later so called up again and told to call the following day. the guy on the phone who’s the boss said loaded fries donut come with cheese sauce so i had to read out the menu, i was told to text him the photos and my bank details for refund. after doing so he said the refund will be put through, hours later and nothing came through (with monzo bank transfers are instant) i contacted and asked for receipt they refused then after arguing told me he would send it when he goes back to office and the refund will take 12-48 hours. 3 days later no refund or receipt and no contact. had to dispute with bank and didn’t get any replies, showed bank evidence and got my money back. bad hygiene but even worse...

He was very rude and said he was busy so he cannot make the pizza I want. He insisted me to get the pizza options that he would like to make which is easy.
