What a great place! Right at the heart of a little market, it’s exactly what you need for a cheeky lunch or a bit of brekkie. The options come in their numbers, each one being excellent and exciting, meaning choosing can be a difficult task! The set up with everything from the small window to the seats out front makes for a great experience, providing exactly what you need to have a great time, and only that. The crab special for summer was a hit, being as gorgeous as we’d hoped, as well as the salmon too, full to the brim with cream cheese deliciousness - they don’t skimp on fillings! Ced's Bagels offers a variety of fresh bagels and breads, and the bagels I tried were amazing! The staff is friendly, the location is great (just next to some cool shops) and the menu ideas are fresh and clever. My favourite bagel was the "special of the week" with chick peas, cucumber, jalapeños & lettuce, which was completely plant based. I really hope they put this one back on the menu soon!

I don't like most of the bread in the UK, but the bread here is different - Ced really knows his craft. If you are in Porthleven, don't miss out and visit this bagel shop. Maybe one day we can brag about having visited Ced's Bagels before they expanded...

Not really adding anything new here but I’d seen the sign “Bagels here” and after a disappointing encounter with a burger the previous day I was worried about having my heart broken again. No fear was necessary, I had the jalapeño and cheddar bagel with the mozzarella, red pesto and candied walnut filling. It was without a doubt one of the best bagels I’ve ever eaten.
