Order from here quite regularly food is always amazing would give 5 star as it’s the best fast food place in Runcorn out of kebab shops however sometimes when I order peri chicken they’ll lack on chips or sauce sometimes. There was a consistent period of my orders not turning up for at least 2 hours. Was advised to order direct from the website to save on cost of delivery but that’s when deliveries started turning up late but if I order through just eat paying for the delivery it’s normally early or on time... so hit an miss at the minute.

[update] Seems like the longer the customer you are the worse it gets. Placed an order in which some chicken was out of stock they called immediately which Was good of them however it had been about 15 minutes when I realised I used the wrong address so I called back up to change it and they told me all the chicken was out of stock however if I had not called what would I have gotten? I had to give them my not so safe card digits just to get a refund and I was left hungry with no food as it was too late to order anything else. This is honestly the nicest place when it goes right it’s massively frustrating.

Website is inconsistent with other food providers one thing will be out of stock on Uber eats but in stock on just eat feels like it's going downhill especially since the hygiene update too shame I still like this place.

Well no idea where to start orderd from hear about a week ago only sweet stuff like Oreo stack milkshake and a chocolate pizza and a couple of other things was told would take an hour for delivery after waiting an hour and a half the food turned up missing the milkshake I rang them and the sent the milkshake out taking a further 35 mins so nearly 2 hours to get my full order delivered now last night I ordered a 20" pizza fries and onion rings and 3 drinks just cans of pop not a massive order was told an hour once again waited 1hour 35 mins barring in mind after 1 hour 10 mins on just eat it said the food had been delivered when it was delivered once again no drinks told the delivery guy to just take it off the bill as I didn't want to wait for them he did this now when you wait this long for food you expect it to atleast be hot but nope basically between cold and warm but to my surprise the garlic dip was warm well Warmer than the pizza no idea how they managed that but did make me laugh.rang up was told they would send the order out again waited a further hour the food arrived honestly had gone past the point of been hungry and have now woke up to two 20" pizza boxes on my floor thinking never again orderd at 19:55 finally got hot food around 22:35 never again people by the looks on the comments it's either hit and miss hear or they look after there regulars never have wrote a review specially a bad one but this...

Our weekday order (so not busy holiday or weekend) arrived at our door near cold. Not even with heat to various items. It didn't even feel wet as if it was cold due to being driven around. Everything was bone dry. We rang and a replacement was arranged and really wasn't worth the wait OR the overall expensive price compared to other Runcorn takeaways. We seen the dearer prices assuming better food. Smaller portions and even second attempt at order wasn't hot enough like normal takeaways. Clearly trying to sell too many items on massive menu and looks like they can't keep up. Perhaps they're just finding their feet, as I think they could be fairly new. Regardless, don't think we'll be back. Second attempt at order was binned virtually uneaten as it was just not nice at all (and we'd ordered a random varied selection). Nothing extra as goodwill for initial problem, which litterally is unheard of amongst other takeaways in Runcorn. Couldn't even communicate with delivery driver as he had phone earpiece in the whole time and used body language to communicate with me whilst talking to someone uninterrupted on the phone.
