Such a cozy and homey place. The food was just spot on, great food for such an affordable price. There are loads of seats and some more outdoor seats. But what was really commendable and made an impression on us family is the impeccable service and friendliness of the staff. You feel like you are right at home there. So easy to order and talk to the lovely ladies who took our orders. We definitely would be coming back moreso because of their treatment to us.There is a parking just at the street a few steps away, you're allowed 40min of parking there.We ordered a barm, jacket potatoes and kids meal, it was just so lovely. Best service in all Runcorn- the staff are beyond lovely and helpful. Food was lovely, been a few times now. Jacket potato cooked beautifully, lots of butter and cheese. Has breakfast twice, food portions and filling- only has small one and plenty to it. Fresh, hot, tasted amazing especially the sausages. They cook eggs how you like them as my partner prefers them hardboiled and I like them soft which they offered themselves. Ordered a Tuna Melt and was charged £7.00 when on the menu it said £4.90. After questioning I was told it because I asked for onion and because of the cheese. So I was charged £3.10 for cheese and onion! Shouldn't be getting charged for cheese as its a Melt. I mean, there's hardly any cheese on it either!
