Hi, everyone!order today from this guys 2 Donner Kebabs , but asked them if they can confirm that I want chicken mean! Guy come, tilpped him 4£ and then I opened the present. It was sheep meat! Called them back and told them that the reason I asked them to CONFIRM at the phone that they understood that I want chicken and not other meat, is because I pretty much don’t eat another meat and it was my choice! Called them back and told them about the mistake .They said sorry , they misunderstood and will come back and bring the right order. Guy comes after another hand an hour while I didn’t feel hungry anymore,, gave him the other order, with the sheep and inside 50% of the order was that black meat left from previews grills..which obviously went all of it in the bin. “ highly recommend “ this place to be avoided even if u starving to death! Nooo waaay ! The lack of respect for costumer is unbelievable! ..I think the only way this chippy is still working, is because they are in the centre! Otherwise you would be stupid to eat again from them! This chippy...

If I could give 0 stars I would for the overall experience. We ordered our food on Just Eat at 14:20 and it arrived at 16:20 despite the estimated time saying it would arrive within the hour. I rang the restaurant 3 times in total and each time they said the delivery driver was on the way to us (10 minute drive) so I struggle to understand why it took so long and why each time I rang they said the driver had just left and was on the way to us. When the driver arrived he was apologetic and said that the last customer he delivered to refused the order as it was so late. We're annoyed and won't be ordering again. Our food wasn't great to be honest. Wrong sauce was put in my partners kebab. The halloumi was mostly batter, we ordered 2 portions and only received one. I ate my cheesy chips and my partner ate his mixed grill which was actually pretty good.... however later that day we were both sick and had very upset stomachs.

Wow were do I start...2 years ago I left a review praising this establishment. Since then it's slowly gone down hill. The food arrived close to an hour late (total wait time of 1 hour 45 minutes) having rang at the hour mark the girl who answered said she was bagging my meal, I was unaware that it takes 45 minutes to bag a chicken kebab and drive less than a mile down the road. Once finally receiving the food and opening it I can confirm it was cold...a large Donna meat came in a small fries box with a lake sized amount of Mayo thrown on top...the chips were freezing and the chicken kebab swimming in fat, the salad wasnt fresh and barely any chicken (for a large chicken kebab). Unsure if this place has been taken over in the past year but the standard of food has gone down the pan, shame really because I used to order from this business very often. If your thinking about ordering I'd do otherwise, get the hob on and throw some...
