The coffee at these places is always great. The special single origin coffees from small producers from around the world are always fabulous and always worth the extra 30p or so. This venue is very similar to many of the other places they have regarding layout and decor and is quite comfortable and relaxed. Not a place to get a meal, mainly for drinks and a cake. Use the app to build up loyalty points. Dog friendly area near the entrance - not sure what happens if these tables are taken, in other Coffee #1’s I’ve visited, they don’t mind where you sit.

The name does not lie. It really is coffee #1. YUM YUM YUM. The billionaire rocky road is the best thing I've ever tasted and the espresso frappe was perfectly refreshing while not being too solid or too liquidy. Costa could take some advice from this place. Service was very nice, very friendly people. Also, they let dogs in which is very welcoming.

Coffee house with alternative lattes(beetroot/matcha/turmeric), cakes, sandwiches, frappes, smoothies. Coffee is seasonal, had the Brazilian single origin and it was strong and good. Has plug sockets, alt mill for coffees.

Tried to get in, and 1 of the 2 doors was locked with a member of staff stood in front of it. Had to battle in the door with my pram past them while they were sticking a picture on the door, without moving or even acknowledging our presence other than to enter our conversation say we can use the lift if we want. The lift door had an A board in the way so couldn't open enough to get in it, staff member still standing sticking pretty things on the door so we had to move it out of the way to use. I assume they weren't expecting any actual wheelchair users that day? None of the promotional drinks are priced, they charge however much the additional extras come to. Which is fine, but it would be better if the price was just up there like it is for everything else. The cakes are massively expensive for what you get. The latte art was amazing, and the drinks were lovely. I'm sure they will continue to receive plenty of custom as there's not exactly much competition, but unfortunately, i won't...

Popped in for lunch and a coffee, and it was very quiet, so I looked forward to a relaxing coffee and a light lunch. I ordered a cappuccino and a tuna melt panini. The coffee was made quick enough, and the barisita was polite and pleasant. At the till I paid for my coffee and panini and another member of staff took payment then whispered to confirm a panini. I took my coffee, found a seat, and then sat down for about 15 minutes before my panini arrived. I mean, it only needed taking out of a sealed wrapping and placing in a panni press, lol. Then came the taste experience, the ciabbata was dry and was similar to corrugated cardboard, and the so called tuna filling was thin and lacking in any flavour, they should rename this dish to cardboard tuna with a hint of tuna, sorry a very small hint of tuna. Now I would like to state that this food looks prepacked so maybe it isn't made in house. But please take a look at the quality of your supplied goods. I will not be using this...

I went there this afternoon with my son to grab some lunch and coffee. We were stood in front of a couple and got completely ignored by the staff. They then proceeded to take the couple behind us, orders first. I was annoyed of course as I was there before them. So once they've taken the couples order, I moved closer to stand in front of the till so assuming they probably didnt see me and still got ignored. The two blondes proceeded with doing whatever the the heck they were busy with.So I walked out and took my custom where I got 5/5 service from an amazing independent cafe. I dont know if this was a race thing but the customer service was appalling at best. That would be my last visit and by the looks of it, most of Malmesbury is avoiding as it was empty...
