Coffee#1 Warminster — Restaurant in England

Was served a broken tea pot stem, not only that, a spoon that was in dire need of a wash & some old sodden napkin attached to it to. Was asked, "you want another one yeah....?" with no apology!!!...? Staff continually entered & exited the rear fire exit causing the automated door closure to repeatedly crash shut with a loud slam, not good when you just want to relax sat in the rear of the shop or in fact anywhere as the sound resonated throughout the whole shop. There is a world of difference between gourmet coffee and regular Joe, even if the Joe is served as flat white, Americano etc.. This is a regular Joe place, and none the worse for it. If you're looking for a selection of single origin beans served as pour-overs or drips, or a gourmet espresso, this is not your place. If you like Joe, served in a variety of styles, with a selection of sweet and savoury treats, by friendly staff, in a cozy environment then it might well be. I enjoyed the coffee, and appreciated...

Compared to Trowbridge branch, very poor...... The lady on the tills had absolutely no personality or skills whatsoever and she was also pouring the coffee which looks like something you could get at home. Absolutely no skill involved whatsoever. As to the stirrers and sugar, they were hidden behind the till and the cashier just grabbed them and plonked them in front of me.
