Cooplands — Restaurant in England

As soon as we walked in around 11:30 we wasn’t acknowledged, even though there was three staff members stood about and no other customers no one came to serve us. A woman came to serve us, her mouth full with food and said “what do you want”. Only wanted a bacon sandwich, asked for a large, and she said what a medium. I said “no a large please” she made the sandwich and I asked if it was warm. She looked at me and went “ye it is”. Got home and the sandwich is so cold that the butter hadn’t even melted. Was rude for no reason at all, would give no stars if I could. Waste of money and time. Had a few bites of the sandwich, rest...
