HOT Pizza — Local services in Great Britain

We usually order from this takeaway quite regular, and we have had no problem at all, it has usually gone down really well and everyone has enjoyed it. Tonight wasnt quite the same unfortunatly. The girl on the phone took our order with very little enthusiasm and sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there answering the phone, secondly she took my address incorrect and the delivery woman was sent somewhere totally different, thirdly i ordered stuff crust and the pizza came without it although i had paid for it, fouthly the chicken pizza we ordered had very little chicken on it and where it did have it, it was only on part of the pizza (we didnt ask for half and half) I didnt want to make this review a negative one because like i said we have ordered several times and never had a problem but i cant be anything but honest with hope that future improvement...

This has been our go to pizza shop for a couple of years now and we hardly ever have a bad meal from there. However we decided to have one last night and it was by far the worst meal we have ever had from there. The donner meat wasn't it's usual quality. It looked like my kebab was just made up of all the little bits in the bottom of the bowl. Usually the strips are really long and together. The chips were awful yesterday and my wife's chicken donner was barely warm. Pizza as usual seemed OK though. We were left very disappointed last night and wish we hadn't bothered. Wouldn't give us a tray of water for our dogs, this was after we went to Farmfoods, as we planned, to discover they only had flavoured water. Made us pay and still wouldn't give us a burger tray for the dogs to drink the water we just paid for. It's not an obligation for them to provide water for dogs, of course it isn't, but it's also not a big ask, especially in the current weather conditions. Living close by with lots of visitors, this takeaway has lost many potential customers...
