Cooplands — Restaurant in England

It's a while since I bought from cooplands, however I have to say I will be returning. The shop was presented really well, love the fact you're stocking Seabrook crisps and full sugar Coca Cola (giving the customer choice still, thank you). The staff were very friendly and we had a nice bit of banter about the wide selection of sandwiches, the staff that served me were professional polite and a credit to cooplands. Finally the ham and cheese sandwich was delicious, just the correct levels of filling and the napkin in the bag was a nice touch. Oh and nice to see you're doing free salad now! The young girl who I think may have recently started was lovely, smiled and polite

However the other lady that was there maybe a supervisor was the opposite. Was snappy at her colleague who was just cleary asking a question. Slammed the sandwich down on the side no eye contact and no thank you, just proceeded to serve the next customer, everyone in the shop acknowledged her bad...

Great place for food however there is just one hang up for me; Sausage Sandwiches... The bacon isn't bad here but the sausages are dark brown or black most of the time, crispy or leathery and doesn't really respect the animal it was cut from... Other than that the customer service is pretty good and the selection of food...
