Alachi — Restaurant in Great Britain

Delivery time listed was 45 minutes to an hour.

Actual delivery time after order increased up between 60 mins and 90 mins.

Requested update delivery time which became 105 minutes. After this slot was missed called the restaurant who said the delivery was on the way.

15 minutes later order cancelled by restaurant. When I called to ask why they said the driver had been calling for half an hour trying to find the address. 1. No missed calls, 2. Just Eat messages got through, 3 my calls to restaurant all got through, 4 if the driver had been calling for half an hour, this was 15 minutes before I called to ask for an update.

The server on the phone said they could get the food delivered if I could pay cash which I agreed. Another 30 minutes later, called to ask for an update and the server told me they couldn't deliver the food as the driver had other deliveries and they'd have to make the food again. I asked why they didn't tell me this before, the server lied and said he'd get the manager to call. 30 mins later no call from manager and no response when I called.

ordered £45 worth of food to which the popadoms didn't arrive meaning all the sauces we ordered to go with them was no use. the garlic naan had no garlic on, the coconut rice was not the same as what u get when eating inside the restaurant. ordered through Uber to which they was not willing to refund the missing items so contacted alachi themselves through messenger and was ignored with no reply at all for days so I called the restaurant. was told the person on the phone that the person who runs messenger is a silent parent ( silent coz doesn't reply which is rude) was told not their fault if the Uber driver has misplaced items (more like they didn't put in). after a long discussion was offered some chips and naan free and added I wouldn't pay for the delivery of it like I should anyway! absolutely shocking service/attitude and food was not at all worth the money. very disappointed and will not be ordering from them ever again!! never sort their customer service and...

Unfortunately the horror on your table near the door absolutely ruined our table of 8's rare get together (including 2 pals from The US on their last night in our amazing Hull)

None of us could hear one another due to his volume consistently for 2+ hours, his use of expletives was absolutely appalling & inappropriate throughout our meal and your staff didn't once intervene

Eventually I had to get up & politely remind him we had a minor in our party and would he mind being a bit less sweary

I got verbally and nearly physically abused by him AND his wife whilst your staff just watched

We didn't pay good money to experience this & certainly didn't expect it from a lovely restaurant in a lovely part of Hull

A cheap Kebab shop at 2am up Hessle Road (I'm an 'Essle Roader by the way) where his behaviour fits right in would even be challenged BUT you never even addressed this
