Costa Coffee Drive-Thru — Restaurant in England

Ordered 3 drinks at the drive thru. Asked for coconut milk due to dairy allergy for our son. Came with regular milk so we asked them to change it, no problem as these things happen. They also added syrup to my iced latte so again we asked if we could change it as it didn’t say anywhere that sugar syrup would be added. Then got attitude back from the lady serving saying we should have said no syrup and snatched the drink back from us. I ordered a long cappuccino and got this, which is visibly not long. It is considerably smaller. I asked for it lukewarm or cold but not hot (because of a problem in my mouth) I repeated it several times and the girl seemed from another planet, she only understood very hot or double hot😒.

So in the end they gave me a regular size coffee in a big glass and very hot. Please put competent people to serve. Because the coffee is also not the best to risk having...

The store was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and engaging whilst taking our order which was done smoothly and without issue. Our drinks were well made and without any problems and our food was pleasant. The store is reasonably spacious benefiting from ample seating both inside and outside there is also a generous car park attached. It makes for an ideal pit stop before entering Poole town...
