Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

The food was lovely! I ordered the chorizo mac and cheese but towards the end I found some plastic in my food so my sister in law went up to let them know there was a blond lady with an accent who was just the rudest woman who probably shouldn’t be dealing with customers the other staff were friendly and helpful but this one in particular first came out and blamed us for the plastic then once we had finished she started shouting to other tables in the restaurant about us saying we put it there and that we had eaten it all (which isn’t true, I stopped when I found it) and that we were disgusting. Visited today Sunday 13/01/19 at approx 2.30pm Cafe was not busy, one assistant working, the other who I think was the Manager was stocking up. She walked past me 4 times like I wasn't there while the other member of staff was doing her best, the queue built up to 4 people waiting to be served, but she still carried on walking past us and made no effort to assist, at that point I walked out. Have used the Cafe for over 3 years, the staff has always been very good and the food well presented. This member of your staff should be trained to serve first and stock up later.
