Delivery was 1hr 25 after expected delivery time but on a Saturday I expected some delay but not that much. 2 poppadoms ordered with sauces, no sauces arrived In the mixed starter the chicken tikka was incredibly dry, onion bhajis were soggy and the meat parcel was stone cold The lamb masala sauce was lovely, but there were 5 pieces of lamb in it, that’s was it and it was so chewy it was inedible. I could barely cut it with a steak knife. The garlic Naan I ordered was not garlic, it was burnt and snapped like a poppadom. I get it’s a Saturday so I can excuse the delivery but the food was awful. The best bit was the portion of chips which I dipped in the sauce with the poppadoms. Everything else was binned. Used this takeaway for the first time today and it's the last. Not only did it take an age to arrive, the meat was cold and despite ordering salad with the kebab, none was present, we ordered garlic mayonnaise and mint sauce, only mint sludge was supplied. The other item was a burger with salad, with garlic nayo and tomato sauce, what we received looked so disgusting I gave it to the dog, who sniffed it and left it. Ordered food waited 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery. Called the take away an the only explanation was that they are busy. The takeaway came and the naan bread was missing and the food was cold, again the takeaway explained we ordered on the wrong night because it's busy. They put the phone down on me several times.
