Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Nice Costa here, only one around here since Lyme Regis closed permanently last year like sherboure closed this year, got a large latte with my Vodafone rewards app for 9p plus got 2 lovely beans on the Costa app, would never pay full price as I'm on my last million, am looking across the road at waitrose as I enjoy this costa coffee & will be getting a free Waitrose coffee after, this Bridport Costa as good big chairs in the window which are the chairs to go for, most costas put big comfortable chairs in their windows to temp you in and the rest are basic sit at a table chairs, don't know how they make a profit if I'm paying 9 new pence for this large latte coffee, hope Bridport Costa don't shut down like the other Costas so I can visit again for another...

The thing with Costa is you know what you're going to get: good coffee, good service and interesting nibbly bits if you feel peckish. This branch is no exception. What is slightly different, which makes it stand out, is the nature of the premises. It's an interesting layout within, especially if you're lucky enough to get one of the big comfy sofas by the windows at the front, where you can indulge yourself in people watching. Whoever owns this Costa should be ashamed. I feel the staff are completely unsupported. Considering the position in Bridport this should be a goldmine! Cannot understand why you cannot help your staff or invest in these premises. Have been a very loyal customer for 5 years but over the last 12 months significant problems in winter (heating) and now summer with Aircon. Both WC today unuseable.
