This place was recommended to me from a friend, we met there and had a formal meeting. As a person who visits costa regularly, i was surprised about how this branch behaved. Firstly that lack of food was evident, especially the vegan options that are available in all the stores except this. Secondly the way how the staff were reacting before closing time towards the customers. They were shouting at any customer who was approaching the store that they were only serving it as takeaway, the distance between the desk and the door is a bit far so they were shouting very loud which seemed very unprofessional. They could have acted in other ways to ensure that customers got the point without fully shouting at them. Also they closed off the section at back an hour or so earlier than the stores closing time. There were still people coming in but couldn’t find appropriate seating because of this. I believe they did this to save themselves from it afterwards which again is very inappropriate. The experience at this store has ruined the reputation i had for costa and will not be coming back!!

Im not sure what you mean by that to be totally honest with you. I was just reviewing my experience at your store during my visit there on Sunday. I am man of honour and dignity and for you to accuse me of something like that just shows where the issue is. If you do not approve of my opinions about the food stock you guys have to offer and the staffs behaviour then it is evident that you do not care about customer reviews. You have all the right to go and check your CCTV cameras for the time space on Sunday to see if my description of your staffs behaviour was accurate and tell me if that is appropriate methods to deal with customers. I know that Im not forced to go to Costa, and since my visit to your shop on Sunday and from the false accusation from management themselves, I have gone to other coffee shops. Read moreHad a very upsetting experience at Costa Chalfont Way on 23rd June at 17:19. My partner and I were left feeling genuinely shaken after the visit. She asked for mango sauce on top of her Mango Bubble Frappe, as shown in Costa’s own photos and done in other stores. The staff member, Deepak, was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He spoke negatively about us to his colleague and repeatedly said, “Have you ever worked in Costa?” in a condescending tone. When the drink was returned, he became visibly hostile — raising his voice, invading my partner’s space over the counter, and making derogatory remarks towards her. He kept speaking over her, but not over me, which felt clearly misogynistic. As we left, he shouted, “Go away with your boyfriend” across the store to her. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and Costa needs to investigate it seriously. He displayed aggressive body language and it is not acceptable, I would not like him to serve anyone especially women. I hope all of this is visible in the stores security footage.

Read moreThis is the most local Costa near my house which I like to go visit often. But the experiences lately has been very appalling. The lack of products in store is very clear. For example, they lack a lot of the vegan sandwiches and other vegan cakes and deserts like the Jamaican loaf cake that they serve in all other stores except this one. It’s not the lack of delivery’s they get, but it’s been the case for a very long time, since it was opened in fact. Also, for my past few visits, some of the staff, specifically a lady, do not appear to want to help or assist me and I keep getting the feeling as a customer that I am not welcomed in that branch anymore.I believe they need more training of how to communicate better with customers.
