Terrible Indian ever!!

Do not order from here! I made a order via there online service, was pretty easy, got a email saying they have confirmed the order and taken payment and said it will be with me in 45 minutes! Hour and half went by and I still had no dinner! So I called them and the man on the phone asked a few questions and said they have not received my oder so can I give it tl him again! As I was explaining that I had a email and payment taken so this is strange, with out explaining he randomly put the manager on mid flow of conversation! And this man wasn't sorry and was very straight to the point that he has got my order and its because the Internet had gone down so they didn't have it! So we'll did they have or not? God knows! He came 15 minutes after getting off the phone to him and it was freezing cold! Absolutely no taste and wasn't even given anything for extra for the inconvenience! Waste of money! Very...

Started using shapla again after a long time. We had not so nice chicken on one occasion so did not go back.

Then 1 night they delivered to my neighbor and I got chatting with delivery driver.

I rang that night to order and it was great but last time and this time , 10 mins ago, we got Onions in our egg fried rice which we asked not to have.

Then they argued a bit on phone and stated no Onion is in rice, but it was.

Anyway Eventually they offered to change but meal now cold and not as enjoyable.😡😡

Not totally happy.

But that being said, THE CHICKEN WAS ESCEPTIONAL and food up u to usual level.

The people who work there are really lovely and very professional.

Just remember no onions pls as I have an allergic reaction and can make me real...

Shapla tandoori didn’t exactly provide the greatest customer service a minute ago. We are regulars and have ordered plenty of times before. A couple of weeks back our order turned up lukewarm but we didn’t complain. Tonight, an hour and twenty minutes after placing our order we called to get an update on our order. We weren’t rude , just wanted an update and just enquired because “we were concerned our order might turn up cold like last time”. We were informed the delivery driver left ten minutes ago and if the order turned up cold “do not bother calling us ever again!!”. It’s a shame Shapla as per request we won’t be bothering again.
