Went in to order a couple of Burgers, was waiting for an employee to get free, when Manager “Ahmed Waheed” told me and another customer that i can only order at Kiosk, as he has closed tills at 10:00 PM. Asked him that i want to use my Blue Light Discount, and he said i cant use them at Kiosk and has done tills and he cant do anything about it. The other customer wanted to use her student discount, and she could’nt use it either. “Ahmed Waheed” was brooming the dining area, and then went straight in, started picking chips from the top and packing into customers bags. I asked for his name, so i can leave a review and so did the other customer, and he shouted, “I dont care if u want to leave a feedback, thats how KFC works, they’re cutting down labour and have only given me 3 staff and i have to do my job”. I replied thats not customers problem, we are’nt getting what we paid for, and he replied, “thats the rule of KFC, thats how its run.” I didnt want to get into an argument at this point of evening, so i took my food, Thanked him, and left, and binned my food as it was touched by him without washing his hands after brooming and touching bins. Im a regular KFC visitor, and only visit this branch as they serve Halal food, and its not the only time i have experienced pathetic customer service, and i wouldnt normally leave any negative feedbacks, but this is not just bad customer service, but a Manager being rude infront of other cutomers, and my Wife. Read moreBeing a big fan of KFC I was so exited about having this one open up locally to me , first visit was busy on arrival and I expected that for a new branch then slowly realised that it was busy down to the way they run this branch , unlike what I’m used to with KFC where most of the options of food are ready on arrival or quickly prepared once ordered equalling short waiting times for food and great service , this branch chooses to cook on demand of orders so nothing is cooked until an order is placed meaning wether your the only order in the shop your going to be waiting for 10 minutes minimum for your single meal . Now imagine 4 customers ahead of you here than you should expect a 30/45 minute wait as a standard service here. I have given this branch the benefit of the doubt on 3 or 4 occasions and every time I was proven to be disappointed , along with bad portion sizing I have given up here , I would rather travel 20 round trip or have a delivery from a...
