Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Very disappointed today came to enjoy a family coffee /breakfast once we arrived had to clean the table when we ordered drinks and food we waited at lest 15/20 minutes for it to be warmed up . Once The breakfast wrap come it was freezing when u bit into it so I ask for it to be warmed up again which the staff didn’t look to happy about ,they also didn’t give the jam with the toast so again once I ask for this I was given attitude by the young staff the cup we had for the tea was dirty we had to clean it ourselves. I’ve been coming to kingswood hull up to 6 times a week. You’ve changed managers yet again and the lovely loyal hard working staff are now looking for new jobs due to new management. If they go so will a great deal of your custom as I know most of them personally. The coffee I had last night was little better than warm and the toasted teacake I’ve just had barely looked at the toaster. Worst I’ve ever had on a costa. Situated conveniently within Next so handy when shopping, Costa’s food and coffee for two came in at £8.56. So fairly good value overall. There is plenty of food to choose from but we would recommend both the chocolate tiffin and muffin which were both delicious at £1.95 each and the coffee was first rate. The café is situated on the first floor and is easily accessible by escalator or lift.
