Taco Bell Hull - Raich Carter Way — Restaurant in England

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I never normally do these reviews as I understand the impact it can have on a business however me and my partner placed an order and had to wait over an HOUR for COLD food. My partner went up the the counter multiple times to ask what was going on to which he got told "people have been waiting longer than you, staff are working on orders i think" , the restaurant was filled with angry customers including the drive thru which had an insane amount of cars waiting/leaving without food. We have been here around 5 times including different days/different times of day and every single time the customer service is appalling weather that be rude/ignorant staff or ridiculous wait times when there is an abundance of staff in the back chatting or standing around. safe to say we wont be ordering...

Waited in the drive through for 45 mins when we got to the window to pay we then had to wait an additional 15 minutes. (1 hour in total) We then got the order and it was wrong ordered a “naked chicken taco” and got a soft wrap with lettuce and a bit of mince which she didn’t eat, as she asked for the naked chicken… also no sauce after we asked extra for sauce, also the staff that where making said food where talking and being very laid back over the fact they had a que around the car park all of which had been waiting at least half a hour, the manger had told them to prioritise the drive through twice and that seemed to make no difference,...

We went in there to have dinner. Went up to the register to order. We shaw, what we think was the manager wearing gloves and talking on his phone, then put it in his pocket. Your phone has to be one of the dirtiest things. He was touching other things and started making food with the same gloves on. He should of changed his gloves after touching stuff. So gross. I said something to him about it ,then we left. No way I was going to eat there. I have a problem seeing people at a place where I'm going to eat and be dirty like that. Have more respect for the people that are paying...
