Subway — Restaurant in England

Worst and most shoddy subway experience in my life. Staff clearly don't care or enjoy their working environment. 20 minutes from walking in to sitting down with our food and there was only 1 customer in front of us. Had to ask to make it a meal twice because the lady wasn't listening. Finally sat down to eat and the sandwiches we asked to be toasted with cheese didn't have any cheese on them. After taking them back to the counter they suggested just putting cheese on top of the sauce and salad not toasted. Asked that the sandwiches be remade and the lady had to ask multiple times what we wanted on them. Absolutely no care or apologies. Disgusting, shall not be using this...

Absolutely appalling. Visit: 12:30 27/09/24 Stiflingly hot in the branch. Two young lads on absolute go slow. I've never been so frustrated seeing someone TRY to make a sandwich. Cheese and toasted? Sure, but it's all stone cold by the time I get to eat my 8quid sandwich. 4 micro scoops of tuna at one end of a footling sandwich. Lad attempts to cut my sandwich in half, only to fail drastically and drag half of the meagre contents onto the counter, which he then quickly scoops into the nearest bin. Popped into subway at Kingswood for our lunch.

The staff. You young man serving was well presented and very friendly. He was helpful and a very pleasant person to chat to.

The shop. It’s a basic subway clean and has easy access.

The food. Sadly the food was very poor. The bread was hard and definitely NOT fresh. Having paid £16 for 2 sandwiches (meal deals) I could not believe we had to throw half of the food away as the bread was as stale as it was. The salad again definitely NOT fresh. Very poor quality food considering its a subway and of course the cost. I don’t know if I would try them...
