I recently had the pleasure of visiting Costa Coffee, and I must say, the customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for a delightful experience.

The staff at this Costa Coffee shop truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with any inquiries I had about the menu. Not only did they recommend their signature drinks, but they also accommodated my personal preferences, ensuring I got the perfect cup of coffee.

One particular barista, named Bartosz- his attention to detail and dedication to making the perfect cup of coffee was truly commendable.

The speed and efficiency of service were also worth noting. Despite the shop's bustling atmosphere, I never felt rushed, and my order was prepared promptly, ensuring I had a relaxing and enjoyable time during my visit.

The ambiance of the coffee shop was equally impressive. The cozy seating arrangements and inviting decor created a welcoming and comfortable environment, making it an ideal spot to unwind or catch up with friends.

I travel across the country and treat myself daily to a latte. I can officially say that this store is by far the worst at preparing drinks both in terms of quality and service. I stopped using this place when the new costa opened in bourges boulivard but thought I would try them again today. The experience was just as dismal as before. I'm not an expert barista, but I sure know what a good Costa tastes like. The latte and the chocolate both consist of a tangy, burnt out taste like sour off milk. The milk isn't prepared properly and has no velvety smooth texture. The coffee almost tastes like oranges and has the most hurendous after taste. I also have far more heart palpitations after drinking from here. The customer service is extremely moody, distant and no effort is ever made to interact with the customer. The costa in bourges boulevard is far superior and far better managed with a friendlier connection and better prepared coffee. I have no clue why coffee and hot chocolate from here tastes so different and I have complained several times to head office, maybe it's the cleaning of the machine or the storage of milk or simply bad preparation from staff. I do know that the management need to change what they do or look at a different profession because it isn't working and I definitely won't be back...

Milk was boiling over in the jug, I should have questioned it at the time, but this was way too hot, and didn't taste good at all. In addition even though I paid for a medium the cup was only half full. Been a costa fan forever, but would strongly NOT recommend this place. It's a drive through, although I went inside, and all three of the members of staff I saw had headsets on and we happily chatting away to themselves, I am guessing each other, as a customer at the drive through wouldn't have been chatting about the weekend! There was some muck (goodness knows what) on the lid when I got outside, so it would be sensible to keep a higher level of hygiene when handling lids as I was supposed to be drinking from it and couldn't. I bought a lemon tart that I had to throw away, the topping seemed all congealed and dull, the pastry was soft, which is definitely a no! Overall If I could have scored a minus I would have. spent £7 in total, and the coffee was half full and tasted bad and the cake was just rank!
