It looks as though Costa are now allowing dogs onto their premises. I’m surprised they’ve held out for so long. It does make me smile though we’ve recently been through 3 years of a most deadly pandemic where people were keeping 2 metres away from each other and wearing masks and washing their hands every few moments and even wiping food packaging down. And now we allow dogs in places where people are eating and drinking and there’s young children and baby’s present and the area is supposed to be hygienic. At least here at Holmes Chapel the dogs have to remain at the far end. I’ve even heard dog lovers and owners say that they don’t agree with dogs in restaurants and cafes. Being as Sandbach let their dogs go anywhere and being as Holmes Chapel is always nice and cosy not cold like Sandbach I think we’ll be coming here from now on. I only hope the staff thoroughly scrub their hands after stroking and petting them and letting them lick their fingers and hands as you don’t know what the dog has just been licking do you? Enjoy!

Everyone‘s so nice and friendly. The Drinks and the Food are really good ( the best Lemon cake i’ve ever had ! ) and it‘s also really cozy .Thanks to the Woman who gave us the tip with the map and the postcards :) and i hope it worked with the Harry Concert today for the Young blonde Lady :)

Nice, bright and airy. Staff pleasant. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. Quite a big Costas, would have liked to have seen more comfy sofas or chairs. For some reason this has come up as Costas, Crewe The post is referring to HOLMES CHAPEL

The staff in here are so friendly (I come in once or twice a week and regardless of who's on shift or what time of the day, they're welcoming and pleasant). Specific call out to one of the male baristas (don't know name sorry - black beard and ponytail braids) - he SO gets customer service. I'm a people watcher/into human behaviour (read nosy ha ha) and was brought up in the hospitality industry... I observe and he is just such a social chameleon and full of energy in his role. Serves everyone beautifully but you can see how he adapts to the new mum vs the teen boys vs the elderly couple. I have literally just watched him go above and beyond to help an older couple asking for Directions, got his phone out to check their train times, walking distance etc. Right after he'd kindly given me a fresh cloth and a new portion on peanut butter after clumsily throwing the oily goodness down myself and my new jeans :D

He is a real gem. Lovely staff. My fave Costa branch.

Hope the staff are all eligible for CS-related incentives as this guy deserves a wee treaty-treat...

Can sit and have a cup of coffee and relax Having been there today for a coffee and something to eat bought a panettone that price said £1:65 to eat in or £1:95 to take out .I wanted it toasted to eat in and they wanted to charge £1:95 we pointed it out to them what there pricing said and was told it was wrong and be £1:95 when my husband went to give her the extra she walked away , when the girl bought it over she throw it on the table instead of placing it .I do not except this sort behaviour it is very school playground stuff if she wishes to behave in the manner then she should of stayed at school and not entered into the adult world . Suffice to I will not be going back to this Costa coffee my school days finished a...
