Sandwiches Direct — Restaurant in England

I was an avid fan of Sandwich Direct, purchasing sandwiches 3-4 times a week. Sadly the business was sold onto new owners after Christmas. Unfortunately, since this new ownership the shop just is not at the same quality as it once was. I have not been impressed with: A- The atmosphere, just doesn't feel as Jolly or friendly anymore. B- The Service, quite often the attention to detail on the order is wrong. I ask for no salad, yet receive salad on my sandwich. C- The lack of variety that...

Great shop, both ladies were really lovely and friendly. Loads of choice, including vegan options. The ingredients were all on display in the counter and all looked fresh. Genuinely the nicest vegan sandwich I’ve ever had. Soft bread, loads of really tasty fillings. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back. No photo as I scoffed the sandwich so quickly and it wasn’t a pretty sight. I’ll try and take one...
