Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I'd like to share my appreciation for the delightful experience I had at Costa Cafe in Moto Reading East Services. From the cozy ambiance to the delicious food, everything was top-notch.

A highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by barista Natalie. Her warm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel welcome from the moment I entered. Her expert knowledge of the menu and her ability to recommend the perfect cappuccino truly enhanced my experience.

Kudos to Natalie and the entire team at the Moto Reading East Services Costa Cafe for their commitment to outstanding customer service. I will certainly recommend this location to friends and family and look forward to...

I just watched something horrifying at Costa. The barista was cleaning the inside shelves of the baked goods cabinet with a cleaning cloth, brushing and touching the open muffins. Whether the cloth was wet or dry, it clearly contaminated the muffins. The funny thing is, she then moved the contaminated muffins with tongs, seemingly clueless that the contaminants might now be all over the food. I was about to order a blueberry muffin, but after witnessing this, I lost my appetite. How can I order now? Do these workers get any training in hygiene? Heck, does this even need training? I was very disappointed. We waited for 15 minutes for service and a following 10 for the drinks to be made. Getting on for half an hour to be served a coffee. For reference there were about 8 individuals (including those in groups) averaging about 4 mins per coffee. Staff were incredibly nonchalant with 0 urgency. Coffee was fine, not the worst but definitely not the best. If you want a consistent and FAR quicker coffee, there is a coffee vending machine in whsmith which is also ironically cheaper.
