Costa Drive Thru Eastbound — Restaurant in England

First ever drive thru coffee. 4.30pm on a Saturday. Waited at the order speaker, said 'hello?' a couple times, no answer. Drove to the window, knocked a few times, opened the window and loudly asked if anyone was there, even beeped the horn once. Nothing. Swear I could hear someone in there. Either way, no service, and it was definitely during open hours, and there was no sign to say it was closed. Saw other cars tried too, but no success. For past few weeks I have been visiting costa drive thru Eastbound and have noticed new faces in the morning. I am always hoping for the lady in long ginger hair as she makes the best latte! She always welcomes me with a smile, I have no idea where she gets the energy and happiness from as I am always there around 5am! Loads of attitude off “ Oscar” who served us today. I asked for my croissant to be toasted twice and still got it cold. When asked to make the tea extra hot we were told “ the water is boiling water”. Great I had no idea how tea was made....
