Absolutely appalling, the customer service really speaks for itself. Actually no it doesn’t bc they just ignore you when trying to order food. I was stood there for 15 minutes and they just stared at me when I asked if I could order they looked at me then ignored me, my mum asked to order they said “no sorry you have to order by machine”. Absolutely appalling I have been here twice and the customer service is shocking and I was charged twice for 1 meal ended up paying 21.58 Great British friggin pounds for 1 bludclart meal and it didn't come up so I had to complain untill I got my food the seating area had rubbish everywhere and had to wait 30 min after complaining before finally getting my food ,well out of town. just get food from the burger king next to it. Avoiddd at all cost, i dont ever write reviews for chain fast foods cause you know what to expect. But this one is one of a kind.
