Dalyan Kebabs - Pizza and Fish and Chips(West Cowes) — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately it seems the Dalyan chain accross the island are now struggling with both their quality of food, and poor management, if the previous reviews at each takeaway establishment and their poorly worded responses by the 'owner' is anything to go by, stay well clear.

Dalyan used to be my go to takeaway restaurant for both kebabs and pizza, and aside from the ups and downs in food quality, a big turn off for me was the treatment both in person, and over the phone, from their staff, which can be reflected in quite a few of the responses seen on google reviews, however ultimately when something goes wrong with dalyan food, it really does go wrong, and if you bother to report it to them, in a friendly manner, you're immediately met with aggressive denial.

I do hope dalyan can sort their management and resturant team out, otherwise i don't see them being able to continue as they currently are.

If you're looking for a kebab, pizza or other takekway, i would strongly reccomend going to one of the other many options on the island with much better reviews.

EDIT: Recently tried Dalyan again, got a donner meat and chips and was actually the worse i've had. The chips were poorly cooked fish & chip style chips, and the lamb donner was swimming in so much grease, that even holding the box with the grease proof paper around it, it was going absolutely everywhere. Safe to say with that much grease, my stomach wasn't all that great after the meal, and for £12 pound, it was absurdly expensive, i can get the same size lamb donner box with better quality chips in Newport, for £9. I’d ordered a pizza from here for delivery, waited half an hour past the time it said it would be here, called them up to see how it was going they had said 2 delivery drivers had been to try deliver and called me many times, my phone number + email on the order were both correct and I never received any phone calls, I never once heard the door ring or anyone knock even though I was waiting in the front room, they’d said they left it outside so I grabbed it, the food was freezing cold, they had forgot the sweetcorn on my pizza I paid £3 paid to have added, and there was a slug in my pizza, very unhappy and was a frequent customer to Dalyan but am too grossed out of their hygiene levels that I will not be eating from here again , I have received my refund which I am grateful for, but I really do not understand why you would even think to leave...

I ordered a dalyans takeaway for my family I spent 55 pound which isn’t a small amount and their was hair in my food my son bit into his wrap and their was a massive hair in it so head been sick in the bin so I’ve called to try and get reimbursed in some way and the customer service was horrible as I tried to explain the story he’s started saying he’ll call his driver the come get the hair so I tried rexplaining that my son had been sick therefore the hair was gone but he keeped on repeating whilst getting louder if that was me I would have kept end the hair before hanging up on me I’m NEVER EVER!!!! ordering from dalyans again Tried replying to dalyans comment but it won’t allow me to.
