Domino's Pizza - Blyth — Restaurant in England

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered, amongst other things, a 7 inch personal margarita.. cost £8, after waiting about 1 hour, the pizza had barely any sauce and no cheese in the middle, I called to ask why this was even able to go out and was put on to the manager who said that he would replace the order, in his own time (friday night). The manages stressed that he would need the full order back, I said that the rest of the order was ok and only needed 1 thing replacing, he said he needed the whole order back .... by this time my son had already eaten most of his pizza, it was getting late and in the end I lost my temper and hung up .... made a bowl of cereal and binned the dry pizza .... I was having a new kitchen installed...

Don’t know if this has been taken over in the past 4 months or so but it seems to have gone down hill. I have used this for years and use it quite often but the last two meals have been really disappointing. They hardly put any cheese on now (the past two times) doesn’t feel like a pizza and makes it quite dry. I don’t know what they done to the garlic bread this time, didn’t even look like the garlic bread, wished I’d just sent it back. It was all wrinkled and looked strange and had no garlic taste on. While be giving this place a miss for a while, which is a shame as it used to be lovely. I don’t know if they are trying to save money by hardly putting...

Disgraceful. Took over 2 hours and 3 deliveries to eventually deliver everything although most of what we received was cold and below par. Customer service, none at all. They weren't apologetic at all and I quote "We are really busy and nothing we can do". Not at any point gave a real apology, and wouldn't prioritise our re-deliveries. After complaining for the 2nd time about missing items, they refused to answer our calls. Bang out of order....
