Domino's Pizza - Consett — Restaurant in England

Placed an order online, I live around the corner yet it did take 1 hour for delivery. Which is unacceptable, I know there is snow but it isn’t an avalanche. I tracked my delivery and it was the slowest ive ever seen from them. (Took around 30-35 minutes just for quality control) this would be alright if the quality was impeccable but I was left so disappointed. The service was good but my wedges were barely warm and raw, also both pizzas were cold, toppings dried up and look like they were left under the heat for over half an hour. Definitely not fresh, even at peak or non peak times quality should be an utmost priority, you should never send out orders like this. Been ordering from here for years £30 - £40 most weekends. pizza is nice most of the time however recently there is bad issues with the delivery service for 3 weeks it has said unavailable for delivery due to exceptional circumstances but I put a closer address in to check and it would let me order 2 previous weeks I have had to call my order in and they take payment over the phone (which i dont like to do) so I have decided to now take my business elsewhere last thing I want to do is spend 20mins on the phone trying to order...

It's definitely one of the better Domino's around. They do the Nachos - Something I've been trying to find for years since moving from Teesside where they also do them! The service we receive as regular customers is really good. Always on time and pizzas are clearly well put together - sometimes we've ordered from other Domino's elsewhere and you'd think they've put the pizza together with a catapult - Not at the Consett branch, it's as it should be 😊 Straight up good quality Domino's as you'd expect...
