Yesterday evening (Saturday 1st April) I visited your Outlet and was totally shocked at the experience that I received.
The order was placed via the Internet and a text was received at 18.46 to say that the order was in the oven and would be ready to collect piping hot in 8 minutes. What a joke!! 8 Minutes would indicate that it would be ready at 18.54. I arrived in your store at 19.16 to the store having at least 10 people around the counter, the majority of them waiting for their orders. Our order was not displayed on the screen at all and at 19.22 I inquired with one of the staff and she told me that they were just waiting for the Chicken Stripers. Clearly then the 8 minutes indicated in the text message was grossly incorrect. I then stood in the store and witnessed such poor organisation. Orders were taken via phone and in store, but in a 20 minute period 2 orders were given out 1 of which was in the process of being done when I arrived, but it had not been correctly fulfilled. At no point was anyone getting completed orders out to customers and I witnessed pizza boxes being moved around from under the hot lamps to being placed on the shelf above. After 25 minutes of being in the store, someone decided to try and clear the back log and my order was given out. I did complain verbally in the store that I had waited for 25 minutes for the Chicken Strippers and that my pizzas have since been sat there for over 45 minutes – where I was ensure they had been under a hot lamp and given an apology. Unfortunately after I had driven home with my order, it was clearly obvious that it had not been kept under the lamp and most certainly when I collected the order it was not Piping Hot!!
I cannot believe how disorganized the whole process was and witnessed 2 people complain in the store and was given refunds – unfortunately I was not the person who paid for the order and did not wish to waste more time in the store when it was clear that the store was not able to cope with the volume of orders that they were receiving – I also had an extremely hungry 6 yr old waiting for his food at home. This store needs some serious organisational skills implemented, however I will think twice about visiting this outlet...
Read moreThe last complaint I made to this place was back in September where not only did they forget half my order, but then sending out cold disgusting food along with it after waiting for the other half to arrive. I decided to give them another try after 9 months of not eating from there, and low and behold....it happened again!! Half the order came, person on the phone didn't seem half as apologetic as he made out to be when I told him I was missing 3 of the 6 things I ordered, no apology from the driver and then the other half of the order that came was greasy, lukewarm and vile. Not good polite customer service he said will be a few mins i said can u make sure its warm or else i want new ones he said "it should be ok?!!" I said i dont want a cold pizza.
