Absolutely horrendous experience this evening. After receiving my order I noticed my potato wedges were missing, so I attempted to call the store, after continuous ringing I was greeted by the answer phone message. I then attempted to contact the store a further 4 times and on my fifth attempt somebody finally answered the phone.
Once I had explained my situation they informed me the wedges would be delivered and told me there was nothing else they could offer me in way of compensation. Disappointing but fair enough. At which point the member of staff I spoke to was particularly rude so I asked for his name, to which he responded "I can't give you that for GDPR reasons" I then politely asked if I could escalate this to a manager.
After being told several times that the manager was busy (presumably not wanting to deal with the situation), I was then informed that I had been refunded for the wedges, which at no point had I asked for and up until this point I was still expecting the wedges to be delivered.
Once it got to this stage I informed the employee I was happy to hold until the manager was free. At which point the assistant manager came onto the phone and informed me I had been refunded for the order. I again explained that is not what I wanted and asked for her name. She told me she cannot tell me her name for GDPR reasons and then hung up the phone on me while I was mid-sentence.
After the way I was treated on the phone and being full of doubt about the refund I supposedly received I decided to attend the store to enquire about obtaining a refund receipt and make a complaint.
Upon attending the store I explained the situation and that I had just been hung up on by the assistant manager, at which point the so called "manager" informed me that everyone in the store was an assistant manager and narrowing it down would be an impossibility.
As well as this I asked for a receipt of my refund, again the "manager" replied with " I cannot give you a receipt for GDPR reasons" at which point he said "bye bye" and asked a colleague to forcibly escort me out of the store. This did not happen.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Will not be ordering again. Would rate 0...

Update 06/03/2025 After further emails and chasing of my refund I have had no response and still no refund! Shocking service!
Update to review 20/01/2025. After an email from your customer care team back early december I was advised the area manager was looking in to this and would be in touch. A further 6 weeks and absolutely nothing from you. Shocking!
Terrible. Ordered 2 pizzas, 14 chicken wings, garlic bread, cookies and bottle of coke with large garlic and herb dip. Tracked the driver who stopped where we were and then drove off in a completely different direction an hour after ordering (we are 5 minutes from your location) delivery arrived only two pizzas everything else missing. Driver said he would be back with the missing items. 45 minutes passed and driver did not return so I called (very hungry children at this point) I was told the complete order would be done replaced ready and delivered to me with in 20 minutes.... It did not I called again to say I was not happy this caused a severe meltdown with my children (special needs) I told the manager on the phone where is our food he didn't know I said I will be there in 2 minutes and I expect a refund our food was not even ready 2 and a half hours for poor service. I was advised I would receive a full refund this was on the 22nd November 10 days on still no refund received and a measily text to say "we hope you can forgive us" when will I receive...
Read moreI honestly don't why I have bothered .... 2nd time now that they've me my order with missing items... I swore to myself I'd not order from dominoes again! But there here I am... 1st I order cookies, to get open my order to find I have a box of garlic bread instead, to ring the store to be told cookies are out of stock...after placing my order online it would have been nice to have a call to say they're out of stock and to be ordered something else sweet or a refund.. instead I was giving another box of garlic bread which of course is nothing like cookies! And very disappointing and gutting to say the least, still once I phoned them, no solution given ... that was that!
Anyway, tonight I give them a 2nd chance. Order comes to the door i admittedly realise something is missing, I speak to driver who then checks the label on the food who also realises my garlic bread is missing, he speaks to the staff at the store who then say they'll call me to arrange a re delivery of the missing garlic bread. An hour as has now passed, no call, no re delivery. The garlic bread was for my daughter as she prefer that to the pizza. So this evening we have shared a small pizza together, which obviously isn't enough, I've spent my evening picking every topping off my pizza🙃🙃 to share to her! And now it's late!
