Iāve just had one of the worst experiences Iāve ever encountered at a takeaway.
I ordered through the Dominoās app and removed cheese from my pizza. It was made with cheese, but mistakes happenāI returned to the store, and the team initially handled it well and agreed to remake it. At that point, the issue was resolved.
However, after it was already sorted, one staff member deliberately approached me, told me I was āwrongā and should ācheck my email,ā and began speaking to me in a rude and confrontational way. When I asked him to apologise, he refused. When I asked for his name to complain about him specifically, he refused again, so I took a photo for identification.
At that point, this staff member became aggressive, had to be physically restrained by his colleagues, and even tried to start a physical fight with me inside the store.
Dominoās need to look at the training and behaviour of their staff at this branch and the guy in the picture should thank his colleagues for keeping him behind the counter...

Speaking to Domino's they said they don't over lap areas, Rainham has a larger area than Gillingham to cover and because they were busy they were not taking orders. I ended up up ordering from a different fast food supplier which ruined my promise to my son of treating him to his favourite a Domino's. Looks like they are happy to throw away business.
