Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Narborough Road — Restaurant in England

Ordered pizza garlic pizza bread drink and chicken nugget things. Order came on time the delivery person was friendly. The issue I had was half way through the garlic pizza bread I noticed what looked like animal hair on the top.....needless to say rather off putting. I decided ok I cant say for sure it's what it looks like...so decided to move on top the chicken no issues here. The pizza next after the first slice noted the same issue on the pizza and decided I felt a little sick at the thought. Called dominoes and they came and collected to check I was being honest and about 20 min after got a call offering me a partial refund! If I wanted a full refund they would have to send off to HQ for investigation ...surely that should be standard practice when food is contaminated in this way!!! I wasnt happy with the response I did not feel they were genuinely sorry for this issue. The lady I was dealing with decided to get authority from area manager to refund the full amount. I accepted but explained I wasnt happy with the response. Again I understand things can go wrong but in this instance I would of thought a big company with such a good reputation would of done better here. In left feeling that a. They don't have good processes in place to avoid this issue...b.theu dont take it on board and truly investigate when stuff like this happens. And c if they truly empathised with me just a refund rather than asking me what they could do to make it up to me.

After receiving terrible service to cancel a wrong order. (Called the store 5 times, didn't get through. On the fifth, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up because the delivery driver called me as he was unable to find us.)

The food arrived cold and the dip I paid extra for was missing. The driver didn't have it in his bag or car and said the kitchen packs the order and they must of forgotten it.

We called the store immediately and the lady on the phone Marinder said she was getting the manager but we can clearly hear her on the phone doing other things and placing orders with other customers. 5 minutes later we used another phone to call her which she then claimed the managers were busy. She kept us on the phone for over 5 minutes for nothing! No sauce were replaced, this is the second time its happened but most importantly, the customer service is appalling.

Shocking service, expected better...

Did not deliver part of our order. When we rang up they first refused to send, offering a credit note. When we demanded our order they said it was on its way but two hours later there was no sign. Called and spoke to assistant manager Karan who was very rude and impolite. After turning down a credit note and demanding a refund because we hadn't received what was received we were told that he would do it then. It will take a few days to see if he will actually do it, but in the meantime we will be speaking with the manager tomorrow over the rudeness we met with when having a legitimate concern. am absolutely disgusted with...
