Seriously unhappy with the service (or rather lack of) recieved from your Midsomer Norton branch and the manager Ash tonight. Ordered a pick and mix meal deal as a treat, and when it came the pizzas were undercooked and swimming in grease to the extent that mine was soggy underneath, with raw red onion and lumps of mozzarella. When I called the branch I got given the third degree by a staff member who repeatedly put me on hold - no apology at all. I asked to speak to the manager and he spent most of the conversation asking how much I had eaten and telling me the driver would want to inspect the pizzas to make sure before he would give me a replacement. The replacement came and while they were a little better, my husband's was soggy underneath, and mine had uncooked mozzarella in the centre. When we called to complain the manager told us he had personally checked them and that they were fine when they left the store - apparently undercooked mozzarella is a good thing on your pizza! Who knew?! He then informed me he would only be refunding me £19.97 not the £26.99 I paid as we had foolishly eaten the garlic pizza bread and chicken strippers while waiting for our replacement pizzas. I am absolutely disgusted at the service I have received (and when the cash refund just arrived it was £19.70 so even less) and you have definitely...
Read moreSo , so badly organised. Gave my meat feast pizza to a Vegan customer who was in front of me, so I imagine he wasn't too impressed when he got home. Told me they would remake my order in ten minutes but it took an hour. They said they would shout out when it was ready but they don't, so leave loads of fuming customers out in the street who don't have a clue when the pizza will be ready as no-one lets them know. Despite not telling the huge queue outside which of their pizzas is ready, the single person on the till continues to take huge customer orders via the phone, ignoring all of the people outside. It's so rare for a shop to make me actually angry but Domino's Midsomer Norton will actually make your blood boil in frustration. Save your money, walk across to Lidls opposite, buy a pizza there, and thank God you've avoided the catastrophe that is Domino's...
Read moreOrdered online. The online tracker progressed quickly. It advised me my order was delivered even though it hadn't arrived. I rang to ask what happened to my order, the man on the other end 'appeared' to not understand me, Judging from other reviews here I'm not convinced. He finally advised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I only live 10 minutes drive from the shop. It took over half an hour to arrive from the point the tracker said it had been delivered! The pizza was mediocre, not worth the £23 it apparently costs without the discount! I'd rather be given an honest response if they are struggling to get orders out quickly, I can deal with that. I don't like dishonesty so will not be bothering with Papa John's at Midsomer...
