Domino's Pizza - Newton Aycliffe — Restaurant in England

I should note that the food tastes nice. The staff here are helpful and standards are quite high. However when you try and use a gift voucher when someone has chosen Dominos as a quality establishment it does nothing but make you feel insulted.

For a business model that is based on pricing an order through 4 different ways of deals to then say you cannot use a gift voucher on any of them - it's insulting. To force you to pay full price.

£20 gift voucher Pizza deal price - £12 Full menu price - £22

Once you add sides in and dips you nigh on end up having to pay over top of the gift voucher about the price what you'd pay on the deal.

It's an absolute joke and once I told the person who got us the gift it upset them and it's an absolute scam.

I have never experienced customer service like I experimented today. I firstly spoke to an foreign speaking lady who was in training 4 times to be out on hold then I get another lady again foreign speaking who said she was very busy in the shop, customer that go in the shop must be more important than customers ordering over the phone I tried to explain I wanted the classic thick crust in which she kept asking if I wanted the stuffed crust when I was explaining it wasn’t that one she ended the call. So I called back and was told again that they were busy. I asked to speak too the manager and she said she was the manager Wow you really need to address how your manger deals...

Dominos is a total joke. They apparently offer military discount, but they don't really, especially on delivery. You would think for those who have given so much, to protect freedoms, that everyone takes for granted on a daily basis, a little appreciation would be applied. And when you go through these apparent deals, you are not getting a deal! False advertisement and greed!

No doubt dominoes will have a come back to this with excuses, and false apologise! Actions speak louder than fake,...
