Order placed at 1806 with estimated 30 - 40 mins on website. By 1920 nothing had happened so phoned up to ask what was happening. At this point they said it was about to be sent, and would be with us within 10 minutes. I asked how long it had been ready for and they assured me that it would still be hot because it had been under a hot place. I again asked how long ago it was actually made given it would be almost one and a half hours after placing the order and the person just hung up. Seriously unimpressed, especially because once it did turn up it was luke warm, and the various sauces had virtually evaporated. It was clearly not a fresh order and had probably been sat for at least an hour waiting for a delivery. Cost almost ÂŁ60 and they charged for the delivery as well. Read other reviews which say send feedback to mypizzafeedback. Don't bother, it is a waste of time. The website is the most complicated instrument of cyber torture, I ordered a half n half pizza with loads of different options and I got this cardboard plate covered in dry cheese.
Apparently that's what I ordered, even though I spent 30 mins sorting the order out. By the way I've been a programmer for over 15 years, I think I know how to order a pizza on a website.
The other food was unpalatable and bland.
I contacted the store to try and sort out the error, they could do nothing I even often to pay more for it to be fixed, there was nothing I could do. Manager was about as useful as a back pocket on a T-shirt.
