Domino's Pizza - Stockton on Tees — Restaurant in England

do not order from this brand leading up to its closing time. i recently ordered from this branch and was told i would be refunded after their delivery driver (i believe) stole my parts of my order and then told me to ring the store (though the store was closed) to have it redelivered. how does that make sense? he then blamed the store saying they were busy and it was closing time? idk. when i called to make a complaint the following day, the lady instructed me that i would be refunded but i should have known it would not be so because how would she have initiated a refund, telling me i would receive it within 5 working days without even asking me for my name or the name of the person who made the purchase and the time as well as other details. absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. i even retained proof just in case but i should have maybe taken matters into my own hands by searching the delivery drivers car when after i grilled him for...

It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest it can go, if possible I would give 0.

The pizzas were never delivered then when we called the store to ask what happened they said the driver had tried to contact us but they hadn't, the order tracker never updated and was on prep for 30 minutes. The store said they would get it our as soon as possible, an hour and half later they still hadn't arrived so we called back and they said the driver was 5 minutes away, (the shop is 8 minutes away by car anyway) 15 minutes later called again and they told us they didn't know where the driver was, so basically the driver stole our pizza then had the audacity to send me an email asking for a tip for the delivery.

Really annoyed as I wanted the cookies, probably the only good part...

It’s a shame I couldn’t give this 0 stars as I have nothing to review. Ordered pizzas from them and then after an hour and a half I rang the store to ask where they were and was told it wouldn’t be long as they were out for delivery, 50 minutes later no food had turned up so again I rang the store to ask, I was told he would only be a few more minutes so waited again, still nothing, so I tried to ring the store for a third time, however there was no answer, I tried several times to contact them but the phone was not answered at all. I will be contacting the store again today to ask for a refund as I never received my order, which is especially appalling given the prices you actually pay for...
