Ordered a Chinese at 7pm. It arrived at 8:15. Two of the items were salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken. Both of which were plain and had one pepper in both with no seasoning. Rang to complain and lady said she would send fresh out with the new driver in 5 minutes. At 8:45, no new food had arrived and the rest of my takeaway was cold. Rang again to complain and was told that actually nothing had been sent. Was offered a fresh takeaway but would be 9:30 by the time it actually arrived. After being at work all day and having guests this wasn’t suitable. Asked the lady for a refund she said she would be able to give me one but would have to come and collect all the food back upon doing so. Despite not understanding why they would need to collect the food, I agreed to this and they came to collect. The lady who collected the dreadful takeaway was lovely about the situation and showed genuine disappointment for me which unlike the attitude of any other staff member. Whilst also on the phone previous to the restaurant direct, I could hear staff both swearing at each other and also when the lady I was speaking to was asking for advice the person she asked saying “hang up”. The most disgraceful service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Having ate here for years now and recommended to so many people I shall not...

I used this takeaway for the first time for a family get together as I assumed as it was the take away outlet for the buffet restaurant that the food would be better than other options - NOT SO. I ordered on line to collect and was given the option of time I wished to collect. Turned up at nominated time but food was not ready for another 25 minutes. I got the impression that they didn't start preparing orders until you arrived. Having got home after 30 minute round trip, it was found that 3 portions of curry sauce ordered to accompany other food was not packed. After spending over £85, I would have hope that one of the many staff could ensure everything was correct. When I phoned to complain, I was given the pption of waiting until they could deliver or repeat my round trip to collect. As we were preparing to eat, neither of these was an option. I was then told I could have them "free of charge" on my next visit (if I go again!!). Hardly free of charge as I had already paid for them. In hindsight, perhaps I should have checked my order before leaving as I had heard 3 calls from people complaining about...

The quality of the food has gone downhill significantly since I last ate here. We got noodles, chicken balls, salt and pepper chips, and egg fried rice. The chicken balls were nice, but the noodles were dry and tasteless, and the chips were scabby. The egg fried rice was much cooler than the other food when we got to eat it. It wasn't worth the time or money. I got to the counter to pay on collection as instructed but was ignored for some time, i stood waiting while the staff took 2 different phone calls. The online order I made hadn't gone through, but the staff had my order made quickly, which may explain the poor food quality. I won't be going back to find out. It's too expensive to...
