TERRIBLE... IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD...
We ordered a half and half pizza, potato wedges, chicken strippers, cookies and a few drinks and large dips. When order arrived the pizza box was SQUISHED no even alittle squished it literally looked like someone had sat on the box and shoved the pizza in when opening the box all of the pizza toppings and what else was stuck to the top of the box like someone has pushed the box down on the pizza squishing the inside almost like the whole box and that had been SAT ON. Other items were fine. When we rang up to complain... that was another story the (manager) at this point we didnât know was the manager was talking to us and saying that we would have to return all the food for a new pizza?! We asked for a new pizza to be sent out and when that was asked he got really aggressive and when asked to speak to a manager he speaks up and yells thatâs HE IS ONE and the ACCUSES us of wanting FREEE FOOD?!!!!! bloody disgusted we then agreed to just give ALL the food back for a refund because at this point we were starving because working late in a food business ourself lead to us being starving so at this point we ring up to check theyâre collecting the food, and he accuses us again of WANTING FREE FOOD!!! and tells up not to try to get FREE food from dominos even though we had not touched or eaten any of this food at this point because we knew we would return it so itâs not like we ate food and returned food we got a refund and even the driver was shocked at the state of the pizza... VERY UNHAPPY especially considering one of us who ordered...

When I informed the delivery guy that it was missing he offered no apology & said that his manager didnât give it to him and that I had to call the store to let his manager know. I informed him it wasnât my job to this and that he should call his own manager. 30 mins passes, both pizzas have been eaten, & no word or sign from either delivery guy or manager or of my Coke Zero. I rang the store, explained the situation. Who ever answered the call was rude, had no customer service skills, offered no apology, and spoke to me like I was stupid when I gave him the order number on the email, and not the box (How could I have been so silly, right!?!)... He told me the same delivery guy was stood next to him and that the coke would be with asap and hung up. Google maps says Swindon old town dominos is a 6min drive away from our address. 35 mins later a different delivery guy (in a car, so Iâm sure he didnât walk from the store which was quoted as 45min journey by foot) brings the coke. When I ask for the managers name, he said that there are 3 working tonight, I ask for just one of them, he searches around his head for a name that is possibly made up, as he sheepishly says âI think itâs Naz tonightâ. And again offered no apology!!! Wouldnât be surprised if I get food poisoning either as the simplest task seems the evade these guys... Wonât be ordering from this store again and the company need to do some serious customer service training, or just basic social skills...

Driver will call you 40 minites after you order asking where you are;hardly English. 30 mins after that call he shows up. I Refuse the food and he begs me that it will cost him money and to take the food. He wouldn't leave untill I had shut the door.. He sits in the car I can see from my flat.. rings me again saying "please collect this order I'm standing in the rain" when I can clearly, from my flat see him in his car!! I threatened to call the police if he calls again. Back and forth on the phone on hold for over ten minites between a pair of low skilled staff, one who told me I would not be getting a refund; Only untill saying I will be in store tomorow to get that refund did i get through to someone with a brain who has apparently issued a refund that I'll see in 5 days time, £23 quid out of pocket, no food, an hour and half wasted. Shocking service! At the very least the "manager" calmed me down slightly. Shame he has to go to work at a job dealing with angry customers where his team/drivers are below average. Would expect this from your local kebab shop not a franchise...
