Domino's Pizza - Telford - North — Restaurant in England

Ordered a pizza just after midnight. Half and half medium pizza. Half meteor. Half mighty meaty (subbed onions for chorizo). A combo chicken strip box. A box of chicken strips on its own and lastly some cookies. Food arrived pretty promptly only to find the box of just chicken strippers, missing. Called the store and was told I’d get a refund for these. Ok whatever. Still had my half the pizza right? Nope. Although a ‘half and half’ pizza they decided the base would all be BBQ and not ‘half’ tomato and ‘half’ BBQ. Called the store again and was told they’d send out another pizza. This was at 1am. Was told at the time it would be up to half an hour for redelivery so gave them half and hour and called for an update. Was told it would be with me in around 8 minutes (about how long it takes to get to the store from my home address) which meant it hadn’t even been sent out in the half an hour timeframe I was given originally. So waited 8 minutes. Then waited an extra 20 minutes just to be sure I’d been lied to yet again and called the store once more. Only to be told that the strippers were being refunded… great?! And my pizza?! ‘wE wIlL gEt oNe SeNt OuT nOw’ and will take half an hour! I placed this order just after midnight and am being told now at 2am that I can expect a redelivery by 2:30am. Cancelled the strippers and the pizza and told I’d get a full refund for the order within 3/4 days. Have zero faith this will actually happen since I’d been lied to for the past 2 hours and the customer service from the manager was non existent and would have thought he was new to the job had I not asked to speak with a manager to be told I was haha...

Disappointing result of ordering and collect at the shop on Tuesday 06 April 2021 as it was supposed to be order one and get a second one free. We initially tried to order by phone but we were told that it was on line only for orders.

So we drove to the Domino's Pizza store , note it is quite difficult to find your way into the car park as the small access road off Greyhound Hill is unsign and difficult to see in the dark. It is not accessible from the main Holyhead Road (B5061). The small car park at the front has spaces for about 8 vehicles.

We went into Domino's Pizza and placed an order for a 'make your own' pizza with pineapple and mushroom and because it was 'Buy one get one free ' Tuesday we were expected 2 of the same type that we had ordered for £16. We then waited 15 minutes in the car whilst our Pizzas were prepared. Then we collected the 2 pizzas in red sealed boxes. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we got home to find that we had only got one of the pizza types that we had ordered and the second was a plain ordinary pizza. Our Pizza was very nice but the second one that should have been the same was very poor - a disappointing level of service sadly we would NOT recommend...

Terrible terrible experience, I ordered 2 pizzas after work on 10/4/20 at oakengates telford, order was placed over the phone. I had to cancel the order while I was on the phone as he told me it wasnt dairy free cheese and no option for dairy free.

So it was successfully cancelled, however the money had gone through he told me, I asked for a refund, he said wasnt a problem his manager will sort it out the next day to which he left my receipt with manager and phone number. which i have now been chasing for a week! and i am not getting much help off the manager, who claims not being able to see proof of the order on the phone number I had given ( even though I only have 1 phone number and my bank statement says the money has left my account)

I am getting sick and tired of chasing people up for a simple refund for a product I couldnt have and was immediately cancelled, I have rang customer services but dont appearing to get very far. This money has left my account on an order I didnt want because of being lactose intolerant. I dont understand why dominoes are making this so difficult and dragging there feet with it.
