My response to your incorrect and ill-judged reply:
As YOU are aware, nobody from your Takeaway has contacted me regarding how I get my money back, so this is untrue and was dealt with through just eat Furthermore I ordered via just eat where it said you are open on Mondays so it is not unfair to post a review as I didn't order through Goggle, I only checked on Google when my order didn't arrive. You accepted the order through the app. As per Just Eat, it is your responsibility to ensure your opening hours are correct so this review is not irrelevant and is an accurate representation of my first time and last time trying to order with yourselves and you should take it more seriously. Update your ordering times on Just Eat as your immediate corrective action and improve your communication, as I say an apology would not go a miss rather than trying to mock me, as I say you have not contacted me so it is unfair for you to mislead others and paint a rather different picture to reality. Do you really feel there is nothing you have done wrong or anything you could do better or improve one based on this review? This should be an opportunity to develop. Let me know if you wish to discuss further as I feel your reply is false.
Hello, I'm unsure why you keep saying we have discussed this as we both know we have never spoken on the phone about this issue, is it just posturing for other people reading? As I keep saying nobody from your Takeaway has ever called me but thank you for the reply, this issue is now resolved via Just Eat, though they have blamed yourselves for not updating your opening times and so I wrote the review to you after I learnt this, else I would not have.But I have to say I won't be ordering from yourselves again. Did not receive order. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Just Eat, I did not receive my order but they still confirmed my order and took payment. I now need to get a refund.
