Domino's Pizza - Thatcham — Restaurant in England

Ordered a VERY expensive 50/50 pizza on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Was told 40-45 minutes delivery so I walked the dog & my wife decided to have a soak in the bath. In the meantime the delivery of my pizza (apparently) was attempted after only 20/25 minutes while I was still out & my wife was still in the bathroom. I then get a message saying my pizza has arrived but on my return there is no pizza & my wife has no knowledge of the front door being knocked. I called my local branch to enquire & was told the pizza had been returned to them & the deliverer Leonard claimed he had knocked, called me himself & the branch said they had also called me. There were NO missed calls on my phone. The guy at the branch seemed pretty uninterested but asked if I wanted the pizza redelivered but I said don’t bother I’ll collect it myself. On returning from driving to collect my pizza from the branch we discovered that the 50/50 pizza had been cut in a way that two slices had both toppings on!!! As one side was supposed to be vegetarian & the other containing meat, we then had to cut those slices again ourselves. So I paid RIDICULOUS money for the delivery of an incorrectly made pizza which I still had to collect myself!! PRETTY RUBBISH...

The Pizza I received was a huge disappointment. A Tesco pizza wouldve been better. It was burnt, i paid for extra cheese but there was barely any on it, and the cheese was flavourless and rubbery. The base was like cardboard and the toppings were burnt. We collected in store and I noticed that the pizza makers don't even wear gloves or wash their hands in between making pizzas and going to do/touch other things. There was no one on the front desk either, we had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed their face. Tadley dominos is much better, won't be ordering from...

I was pleasantly surprised to find a dine-in-style Domino’s in Thatcham, so I had to stop by and check it out. The place was spacious, with plenty of parking, making it super convenient.

The cleanliness stood out immediately—everything looked well-maintained. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. As for the pizza, it was exactly what you’d expect from Domino’s—hot, fresh, and great quality. You really can’t go wrong!
