I've put off writing a scathing review for a while, but after this experience over a year ago I have boycotted Dominos ever since. I placed an order for collection as I was dropping someone off in Stockton Heath, so thought it would be handy to pick it up on the way back. So I head to the Dominos in Sankey, walk in the store having received the notification that my order was ready and waited at the counter. After some frantic running around a member of staff informed me they had accidentally given my order to the previous customer. However......then continued to reassure me by informing me that they were trying to contact the customer TO BRING MY PIZZA BACK. I queried immediately what about if the pizza was cold? To which I was met with 'Then we will make you a new one' This is UNACCEPTABLE. Who knows what that Customer could have done to my meal? Surely that's blatantly obvious?! Once again I was told they were still trying to get a hold of her. I told them I didnt have time to wait so requested a refund. They took my details and told me it would take about a week to receive my money back. I emailed Dominos hoping they would offer me some sort of incentive to ever eat their product again, only to be met with a response that my refund had been processed THREE WEEKS LATER. So do yourself a favour, do not go here. I would happily make people a pizza if it meant they didnt have to spend their hard earned money on a farcical establishment like this.    Read moreI've eaten from here a fair amount of times over the past 18 months, with no problems. Unfortunately, the last time I made a late order to collect, upon eating the pizza I found a hair underneath the cheese which I had to pull out, quite obviously my whole order went straight into the bin and we went hungry for the night instead. I spoke a manager on the 3rd of Jan, who had a terrible attitude. Agreed to carry out a refund after being told about the hair, and the fact I'd binned the whole lot. When the refund hit the bank, they had only refunded the one item, being the pizza I found the hair in. I made another phone call today, being the 10 of Jan and spoke to a different managed who refunded me the additional items I had to throw away. Who ever I spoke to today, the 10th of Jan thank you. And whoever I spoke to originally, I think you need to re-evaluate your managerial skills, and be a little less on the defence when given a situation like so, I understand these things are going to happen and that they can only be avoided to a certain degree.
I've attached an image of the said hair, and if I had of received a full refund from the off then I couldn't have taken it on chin and left it at that, but for future customers please be cautious and aware that there might well be a loose hair...

After our food arrived and we had already started eating, we realised one of our pizzas wasn't stuffed crust after specifically asking for stuffed crust in both pizzas and paying the extra for it. My sister in law is diabetic so she had to start eating it. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our replacement pizza to arrive that was correct. The driver that then redelivered our pizza was very rude. Clearly didn't care that my sister in law is diabetic and came down the street blurring music out the car when there are people asleep in the house. We opened the fresh pizza to find there was numerous hairs embedded in the cheese. we are seriously upset about this. It's seriously made us think again about ordering...
