Domino's Pizza - Warrington - Winwick Road — Restaurant in England

Ordered 4 pizzas for a group of 11 of us. The food was fantastic, ready very quickly and really tasty. However, the appalling matter was the staff members. I went up to ask about if there was a toilet or hand washing facility, but there was no-one at the till so I had to loudly ask multiple times before someone came, only to say no straight to my face and not even offer some tissue. Also, when we asked if we could have a different type of dip, the staff member simply said 'take what you get', which was very rude. I only recommend this place if you are getting the food delivered as you wouldn't have to deal with the staff members so much maybe, or if you are going with friends because I certainly wouldn't bring my family here due to the lack of respect for a customer. What a shame for a business that provides such excellent and tasty pizzas at good...

Most disappointing. After travelling for a little over 24hrs back from holiday, all I wanted was a pizza and beer and some sleep. What I was presented with was a half hearted attempted to drop some food onto a base and serve it under cooked. Anyone would like they had been up for 24hrs and not me. When I called to complain was told, if you bring it back untouched we'll see what we can do! I'll tell you what, I won't bother, instead I'll share here and tell everyone not to waste...

Despite being my closest Dominos, when trying to order a delivery from here I am told due to my location I have to order from Birchwood! There are two stores closer to me than the Birchwood store, which is 3 times the distance from me to this one so to be told this is ridiculous, aside from the fact that surely the customer should get to chose where to order from anyway? Looks like I'll have to stick with Papa John's and Rominos, the latter being far better value...
