HORRIFIC SERVICE, COLD PIZZA AND NOT EVEN CUT! Went to collect at the correct time, was told 2 mins while cookies were in oven, 15 mins later I have to ask someone making pizza as no one had been at the counter for at least 10 mins and they go and grab it off the heat lamp which means it had been ready the whole time! Get home and they haven't even been cut, and there is next to no sauce between the slices of the double decadence. I tried ringing when I got home and they weren't answering the phone, so I tried calling the next day again and was tole that maybe if I called the night before they could have could something, but its too late now, when I said I tried the night before but no-one answered the said they were really busy, I don't see how thats my issue! They also said that previously they accidentally put too much sauce on their double decadence and the amount we received on ours was correct, if nothing =correct, then I don' t know what i'm paying an upgraded base for!!! EVEN MORE DISGUSTINGLY!!!! There was a partially deaf girl who collected her pizza and asked the server if she needed to pay, which all 3 of us in the queue could understand her saying, he was a bit confused and then just said yeah and walked away, so she waited expecting to pay but he never returned, then another employee came to ask her what she needed and she again asked if she needed to pay and he was really dismissive and didn't go and get someone to help just walked away. Read moreI am utterly disgusted with the treatment. We could not contact the store with feedback because the manager was the one with the frankly disgusting attitude when we tried to pickup our order.
Firstly, the issue was that a texas bbq pizza was missing the chicken. The manager then lied to me and said it was there but really tiny and hard to see. Imagine treating your customer like an idiot? Dominoes use that signature chicken. So it is easy to spot.
After getting really annoyed with us, we asked for the other pizzas on the order to be remade as they would be cold. He refused. This is their fault though.
Once the pizza was ready, he shoved them into my arms. Utterly disgraceful.
On top of this the manger was muttering in his language with some others who obviously knew him about us.
The tomato dominoes sauce on one of the pizzas tasted watered down too. I have never been treated like this before.
If dominoes do not do something about this, I will be telling my friends, family and social networks about how dominoes is ok with what I assume a franchise is representing their brand as.

Read moreOrdered ice cream for afters over a week ago, never got delivered with the pizza, then I was told I’d receive my refund within 2-3 days time. Well…. I just called dominos , firstly I got hung up on whenever I said hello, for 5 times! I called for a 6th time and a very argumentative man would not listen to me, said I’ll have to go through somewhere to get it. I told him a manager did it for me last time, to which he then says he’s the cooking manager tonight, so I reminded him him that HE can authorise my refund, he told me to go online to sort my refund out, but as soon as I told him I’m going to make reviews about that place and so called staff, he went absolutely bananas and was shouting over me when I told him he’s basically stealing from a vulnerable adult who’s autistic, deaf and a wheelchair user! I got fed up of him shouting at me so I ended the call.
