Blakeney Guest House — Hotel in Great Britain

Stayed in room 2, how they can call it an ensuite room is beyond me, the bathroom was the size of an aeroplane toilet and wasnt the cleanest I've seen! They gave us 2 sugars and 2 teabags hardly any milk for a 2 night stay . We asked on the request form for more but didnt get any despite having to make tea in the room in the morning as breakfast was served in the room.. breakfast what a disappointment raw bacon everything was cold and disposable plates cups etc.. we ate in a restaurant in Weston so why did we have to have breakfast in our room? The room was cold and on the first night I was woken at 4am by noisy guests not happy about that! Didnt really see the hosts and did not feel welcome.. will not stay there...

On arrival the young lady that checked us in was very hospitable and made us aware of how everything worked.

Small Double bedroom en suite- Even though it’s advertised as a small double and the price is cheap maybe it needs to be advised that only one person occupies this room at a time as it is very cramped with two . The shower is very good.

Breakfast- Unfortunately you have to eat breakfast in your room which is also why the room is so small as there is a table for two in there for you to eat at. There is a menu that you pick off which includes cereal-filled rolls-cooked breakfast. I chose a cooked breakfast sadly it’s not that great.

Overall this b&b is ok...

Cheap & not so cheerful guest house. We slipped up by booking a room without an en suite bathroom & I hated having to go down the corridor to use the toilet etc. The room is quite nicely decorated but wasn't clean enough for us. There was nowhere to put the cases so we slid them under the beds & they came out very dusty. The wardrobe space is a joke. Just about OK if you are only staying overnight but I can't imagine spending any longer. Had a decent breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. The guest house is reasonably close to the town & to a large car park, but there are limited car parking spaces on the front of the guest house. Wouldn't go back to...
