The café looked lovely when we went in. There were signs stating table service, just find a table. We found one and a server brought us a menu. We'd decided what we wanted and there approx 4 or 5 members of staff behind the counter. Made eye contact with us but no one came over to take our order. My husband placed our order. I had the "chilli cheese tuna melt" on a jacket potato. It was described as having luxury crisps and lightly dressed salad as an accompaniment. £7.50 My husband had ham and cheese panini, luxury crisps and salad. Also £7.50. What I got was cold tuna mayo with unmelted grated cheese and chilli powder mixed into it, on the jacket potato. About 7 crisps, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 cherry tomato and 4 salad leaves. The jacket potato itself was the nicest thing on the plate. My husband had one piece of ham on his panini with crispy cheese, not in the bread but the sides that had hardened on the panini press. Same amount of crisps and salad. I felt that my husband was the worst off in this case. Very disappointing really. I'd wanted to go and spend some money in the attached pet shop but after that I didn't want to, sorry. The dog's cakes and biscuits looked nicer than our food.

This is definitely one of my favourite places with the most amazing coffee and breakfast baps Even more important my lovely dog Rocky’s favourite place as he runs to the door to be let in for his sausage So lovely for humans and pets with lovely friendly atmosphere and the very best staff The owner manager Jayne is very knowledgable and will help you with any questions in the pet store

A great dog friendly cafe with a pet shop attached in the middle of Frodsham. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and there's a good selection of cakes and well made espresso coffee even a free snack for your furry friend. There's plenty of seating inside and more in the covered courtyard outside. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

This place have done it right, alot of competition surrounding this place, so its clear they had to do everything better to get people in the doors, and they have.

Quick service, pay bay card, comfortable seats, absoloulty spotless, food on my table super quick (bacon and egg barm) plenty of bacon, yolky egg 👍🏻👍🏻. Soft barm (not a cheap flour covered chippy barm)

A pot of tea (which i got 3 cups out of), the bacon had a lovely flavour,

All for £8

Staff were nice, and happy to receive my feedback.

I will defo be going back.

Also, parking isn't the best for the village, but the car park opposite is perfect, no app required, quick pic of the QR code and parking was 50pence for 1.5hours...
